  • Transaction Data: Fuel purchases, merchant details, amounts, timestamps, and related transaction information.
  • Location Data: GPS location from the BeyondFuel mobile app, used solely for fraud prevention and fuel stop discovery.
  • Device Information: Device type, operating system, and app version for troubleshooting and security.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • Process fuel card transactions and manage your fleet account.
  • Provide real-time fraud detection and prevention services.
  • Calculate and apply fuel discounts at participating truck stops.
  • Send transaction alerts, account notifications, and security alerts.
  • Improve our platform, develop new features, and enhance security.
  • Comply with legal obligations and regulatory requirements.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

  • Payment processors: To facilitate card issuance and transaction processing.
  • Fuel stop networks: To apply negotiated discount rates at participating locations.
  • ELD providers: When you enable ELD integrations for enhanced fraud prevention.
  • Legal authorities: When required by law or to protect our rights.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Transaction records are retained for a minimum of 7 years as required by financial regulations.
