Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the BeyondFuel platform, mobile application, or any related services (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company or fleet, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these terms.

2. Account Registration

To use BeyondFuel, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information including your company name, DOT number, and fleet details. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

3. Fuel Card Services

BeyondFuel provides virtual fuel card issuance, transaction management, spending controls, and related fleet fuel management services. Cards are issued subject to approval and may be suspended or terminated if used in violation of these terms or applicable law.

• Cards may only be used for authorized fuel and fleet-related purchases.
• Spending limits and controls set by fleet administrators must be respected.
• Fraudulent use of cards will result in immediate suspension and may be reported to authorities.

4. Pricing and Payment

BeyondFuel's fee structure is transparent and available on our pricing page. Fleet accounts are billed based on actual usage. Fuel discounts are applied automatically at participating truck stops and reflected in your account. All amounts are in US dollars.

5. Spending Controls and Limits

Fleet administrators can set per-driver, per-card, and per-transaction spending limits. BeyondFuel enforces these limits in real-time during transaction authorization. We are not responsible for transactions that are approved within configured limits.

6. Fraud Prevention

BeyondFuel employs real-time fraud detection including location verification, velocity checks, and merchant category restrictions. You agree to enable location services on the BeyondFuel mobile app for drivers to participate in location-based fraud prevention.

7. Limitation of Liability

BeyondFuel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the Service at any time. Upon termination, all active cards will be deactivated. You remain responsible for any outstanding balances. Data retention follows our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dallas County, Texas.
