We take a zero-trust approach to security. Every transaction is verified, every access is authenticated, and every data point is encrypted.

Real-Time Authorization

Every transaction is authorized in under 200ms with multi-factor verification including location, spending limits, and merchant validation.

Location-Based Fraud Detection

We cross-reference driver GPS location with fuel stop coordinates in real-time using the Haversine formula. If a driver isn't near the truck stop, the transaction is blocked.

End-to-End Encryption

All data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). Card numbers are tokenized and never stored in plaintext.

Velocity Controls

Per-driver daily, weekly, and monthly spending limits. Per-transaction caps. Custom MCC restrictions. All enforced in real-time.

24/7 Monitoring

Our fraud engine monitors every transaction around the clock. Anomalies trigger instant alerts and can automatically suspend cards.

Audit Logging

Every action — card creation, status change, spending limit update — is logged with timestamps, user IDs, and IP addresses for full auditability.

Card Swipe

Driver uses their BeyondFuel virtual card at a fuel stop.

System verifies the driver's GPS is within range of the merchant location.

Spending Limit Verification

Transaction amount is checked against daily, weekly, and per-transaction limits.

Merchant Category Validation

MCC code is verified to ensure the purchase matches allowed categories (fuel, lumper, scale).

Velocity Check

System checks for unusual patterns — too many transactions, unusual amounts, rapid succession.

Approve or Decline

Transaction is approved in <200ms or declined with the specific reason logged.
